Lilac Learning Center is hiring a full-time Behavior Technician in Spokane, Washington, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The role provides one-on-one and small-group instruction to children with special needs using applied behavior analysis, implements behavior intervention plans, collects data, supports student safety, prepares meals and medication, and collaborates with teachers, BCBA, parents, and other professionals. A high school diploma or GED is required, while experience with children, applied behavior analysis, and special-needs support is preferred. The position pays $21.00 to $27.00 per hour and includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement matching, paid leave, training, and fieldwork support.
