Paramount Children's Therapy Center is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician for its ABA Clinic in Bridgeport. The role works under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, providing one-on-one support to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder by implementing treatment-plan goals, following behavior protocols, collecting data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction, documenting sessions, and assisting with toileting and meal preparation. The technician may also lead small-group sessions and prepare materials.
