Description
Pediatrics Plus is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to provide direct behavior analytic services to children with special needs under the close supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The role involves implementing individualized treatment and behavior-modification plans, collecting and reporting data, assisting with assessments, preparing session materials, maintaining documentation and confidentiality, supervising children visually, and supporting a safe and sanitary learning environment. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, effective communication and organizational skills, the ability to work with children from birth through age 21, and must complete paid training, pass RBT competency and BACB examinations, and pass background and drug screening.
