Behavior Technician at ruby-aba

Ruby ABA is hiring full-time and part-time Behavior Technicians in Cincinnati, Ohio, to provide one-on-one applied behavior analysis therapy to children with Autism under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. The role includes implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, teaching communication, social, and daily living skills, and working in clinics, homes, schools, and community settings. No prior ABA experience is required because paid training is provided; candidates need a high school diploma or GED and either current Registered Behavior Technician certification or willingness to obtain it.
