Description
RYZ Labs is hiring a Behavioral Technician to work one-on-one with children and/or adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and similar developmental delays and behavioral health challenges. The role involves helping clients develop social and communication skills, addressing repetitive or restrictive behaviors, documenting progress and milestones, and implementing behavior change plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts. Candidates must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and complete relevant college coursework or have one year of experience working with children in specified capacities; behavioral interventionist, ABA therapist, or behavior technician experience is required. The position is part of a remote and distributed team across the United States and Latin America.
