Futures, a Sevita family company, is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician to implement Applied Behavioral Analysis programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental disabilities in a center-based and one-on-one setting. The role works Monday through Friday after school hours, supports behavior management, data collection, family education, staff training, progress reviews, and clinical meetings, and requires ABA or relevant experience, a high school diploma or higher, and experience with youth, families, or individuals with developmental disabilities. The position pays $24.50 per hour and offers a $1,000 new-hire bonus, benefits after 32 hours per week, free supervision toward BCBA hours, a 401(k) match, paid time off, and holiday pay.
