Description
STEPS Behavioral Health is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in various settings such as home, school, or clinic. The technician will implement treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), collect and document client progress data, and collaborate with families and team members to ensure successful outcomes. This role emphasizes creating a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
