Strive High ABA is hiring a Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician to provide in-home and community-based ABA services under BCBA supervision. The role involves implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, providing direct one-on-one support to children, collecting behavioral data, supporting skill development and behavior reduction, maintaining client and family relationships, completing documentation and billing tasks, and participating in supervision and training. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, a mobile device for data collection, a valid driver’s license and auto insurance or public transportation access, and authorization to work in the United States. It pays $25 per hour and offers after-school scheduling, training, supervision, paid time off, sick hours, and a referral bonus program.
