Description
The Treetop is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technician to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions to children with autism and special needs in their homes. This role involves collecting and analyzing data, coordinating with program staff, communicating with families, and implementing individualized therapy programs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to supporting children's growth. RBT certification is preferred, but a commitment to obtaining it within 60 days is acceptable, with reimbursement offered.
