Triumph ABA is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in home or community settings under BCBA supervision. The role includes implementing behavior plans, collecting and recording client data, collaborating with therapy teams and families, and responding to client and family needs. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of experience working with children or in a related field, strong communication and organizational skills, and knowledge of HIPAA confidentiality. The position offers 10–25 hours per week, flexible scheduling, ABA training, RBT certification support, and career advancement opportunities, with a New Jersey pay range of $18–$26 per hour.
