Description
Triumph is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children and young adults with autism in home or community settings under BCBA supervision. The role includes implementing behavior plans, collecting client-progress data, maintaining session records, collaborating with clinical staff and families, and responding to client and family needs. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of experience working with children or in a related field, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to follow instructions, collaborate, and maintain HIPAA confidentiality. The position requires availability after school hours and/or weekends, with most cases starting after 3 p.m. Monday through Friday, and pays $18–$26 per hour in New York.
