Description
Triumph is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in home or community settings under BCBA supervision. The role includes implementing behavior plans, collecting client-progress data, maintaining session records, collaborating with clinical staff and families, and responding to client and family needs. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of experience working with children or in a related field, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to follow instructions, maintain HIPAA confidentiality, and perform physical therapy-session activities. The position offers 10–25 hours per week, with availability after school hours and/or weekends, and pays $18–$26 per hour in New York.
