Description
The University of Mississippi Medical Center is hiring a full-time Behavior Technician for its Center for Advancement of Youth. The role provides direct behavioral therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder, implements individualized treatment and behavior plans under a BCBA, teaches functional skills, manages challenging behaviors, collects data, maintains documentation, and supports client safety and confidentiality. A high school diploma or GED is required, and a Registered Behavior Technician certification must be obtained within 120 days post-hire; a bachelor's degree and clinical or educational experience are preferred.
