Advanceable ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide one-to-one, home-based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy for children with autism in Locust Grove, Virginia, and surrounding areas. The role involves implementing individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision, collecting session data, documenting notes, communicating with families and the clinical team, and actively engaging with children during sessions. Part-time and full-time schedules are available, with paid onboarding training and a 40-hour RBT course included; the employer supports candidates pursuing RBT certification.
