Wisconsin Early Autism Project (WEAP), part of LEARN Behavioral, is seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Behavior Technician to join their team. This entry-level role involves providing evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism aged 18 months to six years. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to help children with autism and their families, possess a willingness to learn about autism and ABA, and demonstrate reliability. WeAP offers comprehensive training and development opportunities, with potential for promotion within three months. Full-time employees receive up to 15 days of PTO, while part-time workers are eligible for sick leave.
