Description
Grafton is hiring a Behavior Technician to deliver Applied Behavioral Analysis services to children and families or caregivers in home or other appropriate settings. The role works under a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, implements treatment plans and behavioral interventions, collects progress data, documents cases, supports families, and may prepare assessments and teach materials. Applicants must be at least 21, hold a valid driver’s license, obtain Registered Behavior Technician certification, and meet one of three education or experience pathways; prior experience with developmental or intellectual disabilities and Positive Behavior Support planning is preferred. Compensation is $21.38-$28.04 per hour, with medical, dental, and vision coverage and other benefits.
