Career Based Solutions is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in homes, schools, or clinics. The role involves implementing BCBA-designed treatment plans, collecting and documenting client progress, collaborating with families and team members, and maintaining a safe therapy environment. Candidates must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, pass a background check, have reliable transportation, and be willing to travel locally. Compensation is $18–$22 per hour, with flexible shifts, paid training and certification assistance, and bonus opportunities.
