BrightBridge ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients’ homes, schools, or communities. The role involves implementing individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision, collecting and recording client data, collaborating with the behavior-analysis team, supporting clients and families, and participating in supervision and training. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, bi-lingual ability, strong communication and interpersonal skills, physical ability to work with young children, and a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel is required. Current RBT certification or willingness to complete it within 90 days is preferred, along with prior experience in ABA therapy or special education.
