BrightBridge ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients’ homes, schools, or communities. The role involves implementing individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision, collecting and recording client data, collaborating with the behavior-analysis team, supporting clients and families, and participating in supervision and training. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while RBT certification, prior ABA or special education experience, bilingual ability, and further ABA certification aspirations are preferred.
