Description
Burnett Therapeutic Services is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one, play-based behavior support to children with autism or developmental delays in their homes, clinics, or schools. The role implements individualized behavior intervention plans, collects client data, communicates with families, and participates in training and supervision. Candidates must complete 40 hours of RBT training before starting, obtain RBT certification within six months, and meet specified education, transportation, medical, and background-check requirements. Compensation is $20–$24 per hour, with an increase after obtaining RBT certification.
