Burnett Therapeutic Services is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician in Rocklin, California, working Monday through Sunday from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The role provides one-on-one behavior support to children with autism or developmental delays in homes, clinics, or schools, implementing individualized intervention plans, collecting data, communicating with families, and participating in training and supervision. Compensation is $20–$24 per hour, with potential increases after obtaining RBT certification. The position requires 6 months of experience working or volunteering with individuals with intellectual disabilities, completion of a 40-hour RBT training course before employment, and RBT certification within six months; candidates must also meet education, age, transportation, licensing, immunization, physical, and background-check requirements.
