Burnett Therapeutic Services is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician in San Jose to work one-on-one with children with autism or developmental delays in their homes, clinics, or schools. The role delivers individualized behavior support, implements intervention plans, records client progress, communicates with families, and participates in training and supervision. Candidates must complete 40 hours of RBT training before starting, obtain RBT certification within six months, and meet specified education, transportation, medical, and background-check requirements.
