Burnett Therapeutic Services is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician in San Francisco to work one-on-one with children with autism or developmental delays in their homes, clinics, or schools. The role delivers individualized behavior support, implements intervention plans, records client progress, communicates with families, and participates in training and supervision. Sessions last 2–3 hours, and the schedule is Monday through Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Compensation is $20–$24 per hour, with potential increases after obtaining RBT certification. The position requires 6 months of experience working or volunteering with individuals with intellectual disabilities, completion of a 40-hour RBT training course before employment, and RBT certification within six months; it also requires a high school diploma or equivalent, age 18 or older, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, CPR and First Aid certification, required immunizations, a TB test, and a background check.
