Burnett Therapeutic Services is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children with autism or developmental delays in in-home, clinic, or school settings. The role delivers individualized behavior support, implements intervention plans, records client progress, communicates with families, and participates in training and supervision. Candidates must complete a 40-hour RBT training course before starting, obtain RBT certification within six months, and meet specified education, transportation, medical, and background-check requirements. Compensation is $20–$24 per hour, with potential increases after certification, and benefits include mileage reimbursement, training support, and medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees working 30+ hours per week.
