Description
Burnett Therapeutic Services is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician in Napa County to work one-on-one with children with autism or developmental delays in homes, clinics, or schools. The role delivers individualized behavior support, implements intervention plans, records client progress, communicates with families, and participates in training and supervision. Candidates must complete 40 hours of RBT training before employment, obtain RBT certification within six months, and meet background, immunization, transportation, and age requirements. Compensation is $20–$24 per hour, with a $150 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.
