Burnett Therapeutic Services is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician in Brookdale, California, working in-home and at clinics or schools from Monday through Thursday. The role provides one-on-one behavior support to children with autism or developmental delays, implements individualized behavior intervention plans, collects progress data, communicates with families, and participates in training and supervision. Candidates must complete 40 hours of RBT training before starting, obtain RBT certification within six months, and meet specified education, transportation, medical, and background-check requirements.
