Description
Burnett Therapeutic Services is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children with autism or developmental delays in their homes, clinics, or schools. The role delivers individualized, play-based behavior support, implements intervention plans, records client progress, communicates with families, and participates in training and supervision. Candidates must complete 40 hours of RBT training before starting, obtain RBT certification within six months, and meet background, immunization, transportation, and age requirements. Compensation is $20–$24 per hour, with an onboarding bonus and benefits for eligible employees.
