Evolution Behavioral Health Service is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician (RBT) to work in-person in Chantilly, Virginia, Monday through Friday from 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. The role provides one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, implements individualized treatment plans, collects session data, supports clients’ life, communication, and social skills, and maintains professional rapport with clients and families. Current RBT certification, special-needs experience, data-collection experience, and ABA knowledge are preferred, while HIPAA confidentiality is required. The position pays $25-$28 per hour and offers health, dental, and vision insurance for eligible employees, supervision toward BCBA/BCaBA certification, training, and a company-provided iPad.
