Climb and Thrive ABA is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician to work in-person in children’s homes in Islip, New York. The role delivers Applied Behavior Analysis therapy, follows BCBA-designed intervention plans, records client progress, participates in supervision and team meetings, and supports children with special needs. The position pays $28–$34 per hour and offers training toward RBT certification, career growth, mileage reimbursement, and health, dental, and vision insurance for full-time employees. A high school diploma or equivalent, experience working with children, reliable transportation, and CPR certification are required or preferred; RBT certification or willingness to obtain it is also preferred.
