Progressive Option Support Services is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician to provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis therapy for children in Passaic County, New Jersey. The role involves implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting data, documenting sessions, supporting behavior, communication, and daily living skills, and building relationships with children and families under the guidance of a BCBA. Candidates need a high school diploma, experience working with children, dependable communication and organizational skills, reliable transportation, and access to a mobile device; ASD experience, RBT certification, and bilingual ability are preferred.
