Progressive Option Support Services is hiring a Behavior Technician to provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis therapy for children in Monmouth County, New Jersey. The role involves implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting data, documenting sessions, supporting behavior, communication, and daily living skills, and building relationships with children and families under the guidance of a BCBA. Candidates need a high school diploma, experience working with children, strong communication and organizational skills, reliable transportation, and access to a mobile device; RBT certification, autism or developmental disability experience, and bilingual ability are preferred.
