Description
The Behavior Technician provides one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children with autism in homes, helping them develop communication, social, and independence skills. The role includes collecting treatment data, collaborating with a supervising BCBA on behavior plans, and supporting families with strategies and progress updates. It is a part-time position with flexible after-school and evening shifts, training and supervision from experienced BCBAs, and health, dental, and vision benefits for eligible employees.
