Bierman Autism Centers is hiring a full-time, center-based Behavior Technician/ABA Therapist to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2–12 with autism or other developmental and language delays. The role involves implementing individualized skill acquisition and behavior support plans, collecting and recording data, communicating with parents and caregivers, assisting the BCBA, and maintaining required training and BACB guidelines. The position offers RBT training and exam coverage, paid time off, health, dental, and vision insurance, and a salary of $20–$23 per hour.
