MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy is hiring a full-time Behavior Technician in South Sterling Heights to provide one-on-one, play-based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy for children on the autism spectrum. The role implements BCBA-designed treatment plans, uses positive reinforcement and structured interventions, collects behavioral data, collaborates with families, and reports progress to a supervising BCBA. No prior experience is required, but RBT certification is a plus; the position offers full-time and part-time options, clinic-based work, and hourly pay of $17.15–$20.80.
