Description
CrystalCare ABA is hiring a Behavior Technician to provide individualized Applied Behavior Analysis therapy support for clients with autism and developmental disabilities. The role implements therapy plans under Board Certified Behavior Analyst supervision, conducts one-on-one sessions in home and clinical settings, collects progress data, collaborates on plan adjustments, supports clients and families, attends team meetings and training, and follows ABA ethical standards. Compensation is $26–$35 per hour, with flexible scheduling, training, professional development, and referral bonuses.
