Achievement Behavior Services is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one, in-home and in-community Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism spectrum disorder. The role involves implementing individualized Behavior Intervention Plans under BCBA supervision, teaching communication and adaptive skills, collecting and documenting progress data, maintaining session notes and billing, and communicating with children, caregivers, supervisors, and coworkers. The position offers a flexible after-school and potential weekend schedule, with hourly pay of $22–$29 depending on qualifications and credentials, and opportunities to pursue Registered Behavior Technician certification.
