Total Education Solutions is hiring part-time Behavior Technicians in Pasadena and the San Gabriel Valley for 10–20 hours per week, with potential growth to full-time after schools resume. The role provides direct care to clients, implements Applied Behavior Analysis strategies, supports communication, socialization, play, motor, self-help, and school-readiness skills, collaborates with families and specialists, and maintains documentation. No prior experience is required because paid training and mentorship are provided.
