Autism Learning Partners is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician in Sacramento, California, to support children and teens with autism through play-based skill-building, positive role modeling, organization, and family support. The role is primarily conducted in clients’ homes, with some sessions at local centers, and requires weekday availability from 3:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., a high school diploma or GED, at least six months of experience with children, a reliable car, driver’s license, and insurance, plus English proficiency. Full paid training is provided, and compensation is $20.50–$26.25 per hour, with an additional $0.50 per hour for Spanish speakers and $2 per hour for evening or weekend work.
