Autism Learning Partners is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician in San Jose, California, to support children and teens with autism through play-based skill-building, positive role modeling, organization, and family support. The role is primarily in client homes, with some sessions at local centers, and requires availability Monday through Friday from 3:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, at least six months of experience working with children, a reliable car, driver’s license, and insurance, and the ability to pass background and health checks. Full paid training is provided, and compensation is $25.00–$31.00 per hour, with Spanish-speaking applicants earning an additional $0.50 per hour.
