Autism Learning Partners is hiring a part-time or full-time Behavior Technician in Stockton, California, to support children and teens with autism through play-based skill-building, positive role modeling, organization, and family support. The role is primarily delivered in clients’ homes, with some sessions at local centers, and requires weekday availability, a high school diploma or GED, at least six months of experience with children, reliable transportation, a driver’s license, insurance, and the ability to pass background and health checks. Full paid training is provided, and compensation is $20.50–$25.50 per hour, with Spanish-speaking workers earning an additional $0.50 per hour.
