Autism Learning Partners is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician in Palm Springs, California, to support children and teens with autism through play-based skill-building, positive role modeling, organization, and family support. The role is primarily in client homes with some sessions at local centers, requires availability Monday through Friday from 3:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., and pays $21–$28 per hour plus a Spanish-language bonus. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, at least six months of experience with children, a reliable car, driver’s license, insurance, and the ability to pass background and health checks.
