Autism Learning Partners is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician in Fairfax, Virginia, to support children and teens with autism through play-based skill-building, positive role modeling, organization, and family support. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least six months of experience with children, a reliable car, driver’s license, insurance, background and health check clearance, and English fluency; Spanish fluency is required and provides an additional $0.50 per hour. The position offers up to 20 hours per week, weekday availability from 3:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., training, and compensation of $22.75–$28 per hour plus evening and weekend bonuses.
