Autism Learning Partners is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician in Rochester, New York, to support children and teens with autism through play-based skill-building, positive role modeling, organization, and family support. The role is primarily conducted in clients’ homes, with some sessions at local centers, and requires weekday availability from 3:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., a high school diploma or GED, at least six months of experience with children, a reliable car, driver’s license, and insurance, plus background and health checks. Full paid training is provided, and compensation is $20.00–$25.75 per hour plus an additional $2 per hour for evenings and weekends.
