Autism Learning Partners is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician in Rancho Cucamonga, California, to support children and teens with autism through play-based skill-building, positive role modeling, organization, and family support. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one semester of college coursework, six months of experience with children, a reliable car, driver’s license, and insurance, along with background and health checks. The schedule is up to 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 3:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., with sessions primarily in client homes and some at local centers. Compensation is $21.00–$28.00 per hour, with additional $2 per hour for evenings and weekends, plus training, benefits, mileage reimbursement, and other perks.
