Autism Learning Partners is hiring a part-time or full-time Behavior Technician in El Monte, California, to support children and teens with autism through play-based skill-building, positive role modeling, organization, and family support. The role is primarily delivered in client homes, with some sessions at local centers, and requires a high school diploma or GED, college coursework, at least six months of experience with children, a reliable car, driver’s license, insurance, and the ability to pass background and health checks. Compensation is $22–$29 per hour, with additional pay for Spanish or ASL communication, evening/weekend work, and referral bonuses; benefits include health, dental, vision, mileage reimbursement, paid drive time, and other employee perks.
