Autism Learning Partners is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician in Burlington, North Carolina, to support children and teens with autism through play-based skill-building, positive role modeling, organization, and family support. The role is primarily delivered in clients’ homes, with some sessions at local centers, and requires a high school diploma or GED, college coursework, at least six months of experience with children, a reliable car, driver’s license, insurance, and willingness to pass background and health checks. Full paid training is provided, and compensation is $20–$25.75 per hour plus an additional $2 per hour for evenings and weekends.
