Description
Autism Learning Partners is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician in San Diego to support children and teens with autism through play-based skill-building, positive role modeling, organization, and family support. The role is primarily delivered in clients’ homes, with some sessions at local centers, and requires weekday availability from 3:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., a high school diploma or GED, college coursework, at least six months of experience with children, a reliable car and driver’s license, background and health checks, and English proficiency. Full paid training is provided, and compensation is $22.50–$28.00 per hour, with Spanish-speaking workers earning an additional $0.50 per hour.
