Description
Autism Learning Partners is hiring a Behavior Technician in Lancaster, California, to support children and teens with autism through play-based skill-building, positive role modeling, organization, and family support. The role is available part-time or full-time, with weekday availability from 3:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. or 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., primarily in client homes and sometimes at local centers. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, at least one semester of college coursework or current enrollment, six or more months of experience with children, a reliable car, driver’s license, and insurance, and the ability to pass background and health checks. Full paid training is provided, and compensation is $20–$25 per hour plus an additional $2 per hour for evenings and weekends.
