Description
The Behavior Technician provides play-based teaching and behavioral support to children with autism in client homes and local centers. The role teaches communication, sharing, and following directions; models positive behavior; tracks progress; and supports families. It is part-time, up to 30 hours per week, with weekday schedules and optional Saturday work, and pays $23–$26.50 per hour plus evening and weekend pay. Full paid training is provided, and the role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one semester of college coursework, six months of experience with children, a reliable car, driver’s license, insurance, background and health checks, and English proficiency.
