Autism Learning Partners is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician in Killingly, Connecticut, to provide play-based behavioral support to children and teens with autism in client homes and local centers. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least six months of experience working with children, a reliable car, driver’s license, and insurance, and successful completion of mandatory training and an RBT exam. The schedule is up to 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 3:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., with pay of $20.50–$25.50 per hour plus an additional $0.50 per hour after RBT certification and $2 per hour for evenings and weekends.
